the final stretch

back on he road! clutch is in and works perfectly!

First and for most thanks to Jamie Carter for letting us borrow his tilton triple for a couple of days. Also thanks to Don and Ryan at Accelerated Performance for helping out with the install and getting us back into this thing... and last but not least Nero and Bottle from Titan motorsports for getting me the help we needed when it matterd most!!! Thanks everyone!

We will finish this thing off tomorrow.... its been a LONG week and for the most part lucky as hell... first loosing a hub 300 miles from st luis and bill and steve helping out till 3am getting us back on the road. Then the hydralic release bearing getting fixed today just 80 miles from where it broke..

thanks for all the help along the way and of course all of the support!

leh did a great job driving the car today.. I really wanted to win at mid ohio and if the clutch didnt act up we could have done it with ease.... I got to say Leh and the GSC Supra at 60% is still one fast pair.... bringing the car in 3rd and making it threw the events today were better than winning.. now we can finish the event up and head back home for some much needed rest and back to work!

a CLUTCH situation....

well the release bearing in the tilton triple is TOAST.... both noises from wheel and clutch bearings.. hurt the ears.. and even more.. hurt your feelings....

we are at Accelerated Performance in Toledo OH.... Greg called Nero from titan.. let him know what the deal was.. he called here.. and the guys are nice enough to let us use a lift.. and they happen to have the exact same clutch laying around.... so greg and some of the guys here are sticking it on right now....

i drove a extra 20 miles out of the way because of the pioneer head unit... the navi system is a JOKE..... the last 100 miles were done without the clutch.... running red lights.... and doing circles in gas station parkinglots waiting for redlights to turn green in the more traffic parts.... making alot of these fine ohio'ins not like the toyota supra.... and hangin out the window going threw tolls.. grabing the tickets and throwing money!!

also the guys in the Ford GT helped us out alot... we followed them because we were lost.. and they helped us out with the not being able to stop thing..

we will push this thing around the skidpad if we have too.. but hopefully we can rap up this 3rd place..!

the drag race didnt go to good..

the hennesy guy ninja installed a clutch in their car..... and ran a good time...

nursing the car we ran a bad time... we had massive wheel hop.. and at risk of breaking something.. we took it extremly easy.. and slow...

so we lost out 2nd place.. and back in 3rd...

this morning at midohio we finished 3rd.. behind Ron in his beast.. thats back.. and infront of davia...

our triple disk, mega awsome,, sooper light.. most expensive in the world.. tilton clutch.. is starting to fail...

it sliped on the interstate last nite just cruizing... the hotter it is.. the better grip it has... so we are crossing our fingers on it making it back to southbend.. and finish this podium up...

we had a nice drive yesterday.. only 240miles.... SHORT!!!!! we stopped at a japanese place.. and had a steak...

i got pulled over by a cop... he said i was swerving back and forth.. like i was drunk.. he said i looked tired.... i told him last time i slep was in oklahoma.. 2 days ago... he gave me a warning.... we were only 8 miles from the hotel.. so alllmost there...

we nursing the clutch rite now... we hoping to finish this thing in 3rd.... i will be very happy about that....

also when i get hispeed net.. maby tonite... i will post videos..
